Indiana Department of Workforce Development - NextLevel Jobs Provides services to assist Hoosier businesses in attracting and retaining top talent in our state at no cost.
The Indiana Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship (OWBLA) – Connects Hoosiers and Hoosier Employers by promoting and supporting Registered Apprenticeship, Certified State Earn and Learn (SEAL), and Pre-Apprenticeship programs that are certified for quality and consistency. They are comprehensive, structured, and flexible programs that include on-the-job training, related instruction, certifications, and detailed training plans.
WorkOne - Central Indiana - The heart of the workforce development system. It's where WorkOne staff help you find a new or better job, choose a career, access training or get the information needed to succeed in today's job market.
MADE@Plainfield -We’re committed to creating new opportunities for businesses by offering post-secondary counseling, essential workforce training, and certifications, as well as providing valuable community space. By connecting the community to education and training opportunities, we facilitate the connection of local employers with highly skilled and trained individuals for high-demand, high wage jobs.
Hendricks County College Network - Hendricks College Network is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization serving as a post secondary education resource for area residents, businesses and community organizations. Our mission is “Connecting the community with opportunities through education and training”. We provide access to and support for post secondary education, business training, and workforce development in Hendricks County and the surrounding region.
Hendricks County Logistics Sector Partnership - We partner with local schools, community representatives, government agencies, and logistics companies to spread the word about the rapidly growing demand for logistics workers in Hendricks County. Our goals are helping employers find the right candidates and connecting individuals with the right education and training, therefore providing a better life for people in Hendricks County.

Indiana Business Owner's Guide
INBiz -INBiz is the state of Indiana’s one-stop resource for registering and managing your business and ensuring it complies with state laws and regulations. It is recommended you utilize INBiz to get started and register your business with the following:
- Department of Revenue: Registration required for all tax types applicable to your business.
- Secretary of State: Registration required for formally organized businesses such as C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, nonprofits, LPs and LLPs
- Department of Workforce Development: Registration is required for businesses with employees.
Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) -The Indiana Small Business Development Center (Indiana SBDC), which is housed within the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, helps small businesses start, grow, finance, innovate, and transition through no-cost, confidential business advising and training.
SCORE Indianapolis - provides free business mentoring from experienced advisors and free workshops. From startups to existing businesses looking to grow - the expertise SCORE provides helps entrepreneurs like you succeed.
Indiana District Export Council - Need expert advice on international trade? IDEC offers free mentoring to Indiana companies. Their members each have special trade knowledge they are eager to share to help you develop export sales. The DEC’s expertise complements the U.S. Commercial Service’s export promotion work, and includes export mentoring, trade education, and community outreach services.

A Certificate of Origin is a document that states the origin of goods being exported. Virtually every country in the world considers the origin of imported goods when determining what duty will be assessed on the goods or, in some cases, whether the goods may be legally imported at all.
PRICING:
- $2 certification fee per page for current members
- $10 certification fee for non-members
· *Fee is per stamp on a Certificate of Origin, invoice or packing slip.
